Fulton & Roark’s founders set out to create a distinctly modern American fine fragrance brand—one that combined craftsmanship, performance, and understated design. Their first product, a portable solid cologne, challenged conventions in the men’s grooming category. To succeed in a crowded market, the brand needed an experience as thoughtful and precise as the product itself.

Solution
We partnered with Fulton & Roark to build the brand from the ground up. We developed the logo, visual identity, website, video assets, and printed materials—creating a cohesive system designed for both digital and retail environments.
For the brand’s debut product line, we designed packaging for three solid cologne fragrances engineered for portability and performance. As the company expanded into online and retail distribution, we created a scalable design system for additional fragrances and a growing range of luxury shaving and bath products—ensuring the brand experience remained consistent across shelf, screen, and shipment.
