Wildsam set out to reinvent the travel guide—moving beyond itineraries and checklists to create books that reveal the character and culture of a place. As the collection expanded to dozens of cities, the brand needed a design system that could scale nationally while preserving the unique voice and personality of each destination.

Solution
We partnered with Wildsam to develop the brand and editorial design framework for its pocket-sized Field Guides. The system balances curated maps and best-of lists with essays, interviews, and cultural storytelling, bringing together practical guidance and deeper discovery.
Quirky typography, inviting layouts, and thoughtful art direction turned each guide into a collectible object: cohesive across cities yet distinctive in tone and character. From brand development and editorial design to print management, we helped establish a new category of travel storytelling.
