Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Ozarks Technical Community College System

Cassie Mathes, M.A., serves as the inaugural Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Ozarks Technical Community College, a college system with six campuses in Southwest Missouri. Her career includes serving as Vice Chancellor for Communications and Marketing at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, Director of University Relations at the University of Northern Iowa, and Director of University Relations and Marketing at Missouri Southern State University. Prior to her 18-year higher education career, she spent 10 years working in print and broadcast journalism.

When she’s not thinking about building brand affinity and recruiting students, Cassie is a weekend warrior and frequent traveler with her husband and children.

Kirsten Fedderke
Yes& Lipman Hearne VP, Consulting & Account Management

Kirsten Fedderke is a Senior Vice President with Yes& Lipman Hearne, and leads the agency’s enrollment marketing practice. In her 20-year communications career working with nonprofit organizations, Kirsten has focused on identifying her clients’ unique strengths and turning those strengths into real results. She has helped countless clients strengthen their brands, enrollment numbers, and market positions.

Kirsten holds a B.A. in art history and French from Smith College and an MBA with a finance emphasis from Loyola University Chicago.

Caitlin Moynihan
Yes& Lipman Hearne VP, Research & Analytics

Caitlin K. Moynihan is a Vice President with Yes& leading research across higher education, government, non-profit and association, and commercial sectors. She has over 15 years of experience in designing and executing mixed methods research that drives impactful campaigns and brands that influence human behavior and achieve business goals. Caitlin holds a B.A. in International Affairs and an MPH in Health Communications and Marketing, both from The George Washington University.
