Yes& is looking for a Programmatic Media Specialist to join the Yes& team. Working primarily with Healthcare and Federal Government clients, this position will work closely with our VP of Marketing Strategy and media team to plan and execute paid digital campaigns including media strategy, planning, programmatic buying, and campaign management. You will also work closely with our media analyst ensure accurate conversion tracking, report on performance, and make ongoing optimizations.

What You Will Do

  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to define goals and objectives, identify target audiences, and develop strategic digital media plans that get results.
  • Analyze complex datasets to inform campaign targeting strategies, including geographic, demographic, behavioral, contextual, and ad retargeting.
  • Setup and launch display, video, OTT, and other tactics within DSPs, including Google Ads, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, and others.
  • Manage and monitor campaigns, track performance, and optimize channels and tactics.
  • Develop and manage reports to analyze and assess against objectives, goals, and KPIs.

Experience You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or another related field.
  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience in programmatic digital media planning and buying with advertising spends upwards of $150k+ / month per account. Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and segmentation; bid strategies and campaign objectives; and online measurement, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving and time management skills; adept at working under tight deadlines; able to evaluate priorities and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to research and learn to use new platforms; test tactics and strategies; and analyze performance and recommend optimizations.  
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage media budgets, schedules, and coordinate with internal project teams and external media partners.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills and the ability to interface well with clients.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance

Experience that Would be a Plus, but not Required

  • Paid Search advertising using Google AdWords and/or paid social media.
  • Agency experience working with clients in healthcare or government agencies.
  • Advertising experience targeting hard to reach populations and underserved communities.
