Yes& is looking for a Senior Account Executive who will be the hub of our internal agency team and the front-line relationship-builder with our client, developing, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels. The work we do at Yes& requires a strategic thinker, organizer, problem-solver, dot-connector and effective communicator who will go above and beyond to help solve our clients’ toughest challenges and make a mark on their brand and their business.
What You Will Do
- Manage fully integrated marketing communications campaigns across every step of the strategic, executional and measurement process
- Develop management and communications plans for client
- Manage workflow and coordinate project schedules with our internal agency team, vendors, and clients
- Plan complex and multifaceted projects in order to ensure completion to high standards of quality within time frame and budget
- Manage every aspect of our agency team contributions including on-staff and contract artists, designers, programmers, editors, writers, and others
- Create specifications, budgets, work plans, timelines, and resource allocation models for client assignments.
- Lead the process developing creative concepts, content, strategic plans, campaigns and other production elements
- Interface with clients for creative proposals and liaison meetings. Manage project budgets and financial reporting
- Set a tone for the team that inspires people to do their best work
Experience You Need
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or other related field
- Fluency with the processes, language, and technology of related to integrated marketing campaigns -- creative production (across every channel), media, strategy, research and measurement/tracking
- 7+ years of experience in marketing-related Account Management. Strong preference for agency experience.
- Ability to juggle, managing multiple complex deliverables, projects and accounts at the same time
- Superior communication, writing, research, and oral presentation skills
- Experience with managing internal creative, digital, and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors and freelance consultants
- Proficiency with Google Suite products and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
